I went to Carstar with a few scratches on my vehicle. Other shops in the area told me they would need to repaint the car and gave me quotes of what it would cost. Thank goodness I came to Carstar. They asked if they could try to fix it to see if it needed to be painted. They were able to rub off the marks in a few minutes and told me there was no reason to paint the vehicle. They actually took the time to help me instead of just telling me it would cost a couple thousand to repaint everything. So glad I ended up at Carstar.
I should’ve written this months ago but I kept putting it off. Short Summary: Someone hit me, Rob and the crew here were a huge help. They really stepped up and handled some of the backend bull with insurer for me, which made everything go a hell of a lot smoother. On top of all that, my car looks great still have 6 months. My 2019 Honda Pilot was a hit and run, my insurance company a few repair shop I could go to and CarStar Bradford is the ine I chose and I am glad I did. The whole team was amazing, Hailey and Robert did the intake and processing. When I got my vehicle back, it looked brand new, couldn't tell there was even a scratch on it.
