Excellent service. They kept me updated regularly. My vehicle was completed on time.
My experience with Carcare was excellent!! I got my quote....easy. When I brought my car in to have it fixed every one was so nice. They said it should take a week or more...no problem. 3 days later I got a call...my car was ready!!! It looked perfect!! I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a terrific experience in July 2026 at Carstar Bothell Auto Rebuild, where I brought my car in for repairs to its bumper. Making an appointment online was easy and the office staff greeted me warmly. David, the Repair Planner I worked with, was fantastic. He was kind, very courteous, patient, and took time to make sure I understood crucial details.
