Trust the negative reviews!! Never again will I deal with CARSTAR. Subpar work. Constant excuses. 2 months of dealing with them for a simple, purely cosmetic, bumper replacement after hit and run. Still not satisfied with the work but wont return.. I also met a man on the drive to get rental cars who was also having a terrible experience with CARSTAR. So clearly its not uncommon. Go somewhere else!!
I was referred to them from my dealer. I was looking for a little part which they did not carry but Carstar did. They were very helpful and great to deal with. Awesome job guys. I appreciate your help.
After my newer vehicle was the target of an attempted theft, I needed to have the horn repaired. I called CARSTAR Belleville, and they were able to get me in right away. The team was professional, thorough, and took the time to ensure everything was repaired properly. They made a stressful situation much easier, and I really appreciated their excellent customer service. I highly recommend CARSTAR Belleville.
Took my truck here to have the headlight replaced in my 2024 silverado, excellent job by this shop, especially jodi in the office who was extremely professional and handled all my questions, shes very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Thanks again for the great work, would definitely recommend!
I picked up my vehicle yesterday, and it looks like it was properly repaired and cleaned. They are a little slow to finish the work (maybe the delays are caused by parts delivery), but in the end, the repairs were satisfactory. Brody McMartin was the guy who won the customer service award; btw, the front desk lady was also cool.
