Unprofessional bad experience back and forward waste of time waiting for parts then telling me car is being worked on and then waiting for updates and nothing had been done because parts not in yet. Giving me the run around and in conclusion was told to pick my car up and take to another shop. Thanks again for nothing

I brought my vehicle to this repair shop through my insurance, and it has now been over two months without the repairs being completed. I was repeatedly told parts were delayed. Then told the parts arrived but more parts were needed and the repair wasn’t finished. When I asked for clear information and mentioned possibly contacting the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, the representative became upset and said they no longer wanted to work on my vehicle.
