I recently took my vehicle into this carstar location as my vehicle got hit while parked (fairly minor damage). From the very start of the process everyone was super polite and helpful with the one handling my claim was Kriss. Kriss was very helpful and quick to find a replacement bumper free of charge too! While my vehicle was in for repair communication was great, he let me know the stages of the repairs along the way and even went out of his way to point out another minor issue with my trunk and offered to take care of it... read more
I brought my Audi to this location to get bodywork done to the front end (front bumper, front grille, and hood). I thought my car would be completed after at least a month, but I ended up getting it back within 2 weeks. Kriss was very helpful on keeping me always updated via telephone and email, and I felt very happy with the end result. Great price and customer support:).
Guy quoted me 1600-6000 to fix a part on my car. Got it done for $900 in little Italy. Don’t go here.
Simply amazing. I came in with a front bumper that had pulled loose and they fixed it quickly and professionally. Savannah was upfront and honest throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend bringing them your vehicle.
I don't usually write reviews, but here, I have to. I am so impressed with the excellent service at Carstar! They are good and very competent people. I will refer my friends to them, that's for sure!
