They did some body work which took a week longer than quoted and they never updated me once. When i tried to call and get an eta they had no idea where my truck was for days it was apparently on "sublet" somewhere. When it was finally ready they tried to give me my truck back with a flat tire. When I brought it up they just topped it up and still pushed me out the door to deal with it myself. If I could give zero stars I would. They should've not be in business! Shame on you! Pembridge and Allstate insurance referred us to this Carstar Barrhaven after our Nissan Rogue 2021 was rear-ended, no communications, nobody answers phone calls. Our car was sitting in their yard for 2-3 weeks without providing an estimate to insurance.
