I had a tree branch come down in the ice storm that smashed the air foil and rear light assembly on my Honda. Carstar fixed my issue quickly and at no charge fixed some unrelated damage. When I picked up the car 5 days later, they had washed the car inside and out! They also shuttled us back and forth to the car rental place. The candy in the front office was delicious! Thank you Carstar!!
I can't say enough about the service and staff at Carstar. I brought my car in after a deer strike. It had extensive damage. From the hood, all the way down the passenger side to ripping off the back bumper. I felt for them as I knew they would be ordering many, many parts. Each time I called they were understanding and gave honest answers. They had my car for five weeks and when I presented myself to pick it up, I had my winter tires with me and they happily put them on. The car also had been detailed. Amazing!
