Great service and very helpful. I know it's not a place you would want to go because your car was in an accident, but make you feel at ease and they are very personable and honest.

had a car accident and my insurance referred me to CarStar Avalon Collision Rialto. From start to finish, their customer service was more than great! Charles and his team went above and beyond—updating me almost every single day with the status of my car. They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get my car fixed fast. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process. Highly recommend them!
Great customer service, they explained the process and details on why/how it had to be done. Unfortunately my insurance declared the vehicle a total loss but Charles explained why. He was very helpful throughout the whole process.
