One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I originally picked Carstar Alpine in Aurora, CO to repair my 2018 Honda Accord after a parking lot incident due to it being a part of Geico’s Auto Repair Xpress program, the convenient location, and generally positive online reviews. The initial process was good. went downhill from there! Owed us a wheel for approximately two months. Scheduled appointment to get it put on but we had to cancel twice. Last Friday we had appointment to install. When we got there we were told technician had called in sick. Also claimed they called and left message. No message or missed calls. After discovering those lies we were told they didn't even have the wheel! In the end Angela was only one helpful.

This may be the best company with whom we’ve ever done business. Certainly, they are efficient and utilize the best communication practices we’ve ever experienced. Our car was repaired to look brand new! In fact, it was when it was hit and damaged! We would recommend Alpine Car Star to anyone needing their service.

I took my 1982 Mercedes convertible with hail damage to Alpine Carstar. Angela Theriot who is the GM introduced me to Derrick Boesel of New World PDR. Together we made a plan for repairs. They did the repairs for the insurance estimate and completed on time as scheduled. The work was perfect and I absolutely recommend.

Nick at Alpine Carstar took great care of my 2003 toyota camry. They made car repairs and replaced a tail bumper and you can not tell the car was involved in an accident. The work was stellar and the customer service was friendly and professional from the staff in the front office to the Geico rep Ramone to Nick at Alpine. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
