Kept me well informed, friendly and easy to communicate with
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They messed my car tire it apart and didn’t properly put it together also stole parts off my car. When I found out the parts that they stole and had to reorder was not even the right parts.
I would highly recommend Car Star. Everyone was so helpful and the communication was great. I am very satisfied with the repair work. Zach explained the planned repairs, the expected timeline and provided status updates. It was also a nice benefit that Car Star coordinated with the rental car company and all I had to do was drop off the rental at Car Star and drive away with my repaired car.
this was the best body shop experience I have had. Ronny the Manager was very professional and explained things in a manner that was easy to digest.
