Best Body Shop in Alton – This is the 3rd time i have had to go toAndys and everytime i go they treat me like family. They know my name and a lot of my family, we've been going there a long time even while my grampa was still alive and they always do great work you could never tell it was wrecked. they also have 3 little yorkie puppies there that are as friendly as the people that work there. I stop by sometimes just to see the puppies.
Mrs. I had Hit and Uninsured Deer on Christmas Eve and the people at Andys were so great and they made the insurance process so easy to deal with. It did over $3000.00 worth of damage to my car and I had my car back the same week. The repairs were great and they even cleaned it. I would recommend Andys to everyone.

Jeff Did a real good job repairing my Dodge pickup. However, the gentleman with the specs as you walk needs to get a clue on what good customer service is about. I was there 3 times and his lack of performance was consistantly below par.

I was there 3 times and his lack of performance was consistantly below par. Hes probably an owner and if so I hope for the sake of the staff that he has deep pockets. They did however do a real nice job on my truck.
Did the job right. I have taken a few vehicles here, at the advice of my father-a diesel mechanic. They did a great job, and the work was affordable. The staff was nice and informative about what was done to my vehicles.
