My car was sent here by my insurance company for a minor collision. First, they called to say my car was ready, then called back to say it wasn’t. They told my insurance company it was ready the next day, but didn’t contact me until three days later. When I went in to pay, they refused my cash payment, no one had told me they don’t accept cash.
