Extremely disappointed with CARSTAR Ancaster. Your previous reply — “We’re sorry you didn’t have the most positive experience with us CARSTAR Ancaster…” — is just a copy-paste template, not a real attempt to resolve the issue. Professional assistance on body shop Insuranced and out of your pocket, it is a satisfactory option
I want to share my experience with CARSTAR Ancaster: Performance issues: after picking up the vehicle, it drives worse than before; the cause is unknown. New damage: the rear bumper now has damage that was not there before. Unfinished repairs: even after a second visit, issues remain — the Check Engine light is still on, and blind spot sensors are not functioning. Deductible: was improperly charged. Update: After posting this review, Carstar Ancaster reached out and asked me to call so they could “make sure this isn’t experienced by other customers.” I took the time to follow up and even tried to schedule a call with the manager, but the manager never called me back. In the end, they refused to offer any goodwill gesture or take real responsibility for their mistakes.
