Great service, staff was very helpful always making sure I was getting updates on my vehicle and plus it was ready before the scheduled time highly recommended

My boyfriend had his car vandalized and the insurance recommended Carstar, everyone in the office is very welcoming and informative. We got several updates through the link they sent and they did their thing finishing up before the estimated pickup date!!! Never once did we have to wait more than 1min for someone to answer and the follow up with customers is a 10/10 Thank yall again!
