Took my car there after having been in an accident and not sure where else in Alliston to take it to. My car was eventually written off but carstar( more importantly the staff) did everything they could to try and save my car and even went above and beyond to give excellent advice on making the best choices for my next steps. I really appreciated the advice and the time they took to try and save my car. Worth giving carstar the chance to save your car.
Kristin provided great customer service and answered all my questions right from the beginning until I picked up my vehicle. I was so happy with my vehicle at time of pick up and I couldn’t believe how good it looked inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised that they detailed my vehicle as well. I would recommend this body shop
Five star reviews these days seem too common to be fully true across the board. Guess what, its true this time around for us. The Alliston Carstar repaired damage to the drivers side of my wife's 2017 Ford Fusion this summer. Never been to the shop even though I live in Alliston but I remember someone previously mentioned the shop so heard I was with minor damage to my car. All of the staff that I spoke to that day were upbeat and friendly, and the whole estimate was done within half an hour.
