Terri offered the best customer service I have ever had. Her attention to detail was impressive. She was very transparent and supportive through the whole process of the car repair. One year ago, We had our Volkswagen atlas repaired here, after we were hit by a deer. The service was impeccable! The car had extensive damage. Terri and her staff worked with our schedule, came in on off days, and even returned on a Sunday for car pickup, as we work during the week. We picked up the car, and it looked like new!! Had work that was quoted at over $3000 at Zenetec, done for far less and impeccable work. No orange peel, no tape lines, color match was spot on (even with plastic vs metal) and they even polished some minor scratches and cleaned the interior up. 11/10. Amazing work, great pricing and the staff is great to deal with.
I genuinely had the best experience at Car Star with Terri and the team. All of the wonderful ladies in the office made dealing with repairs, a rental, and insurance an absolute ease. Terri and Fofe were able to meet me after business hours in order to pick up my vehicle which is so greatly appreciated. I can’t thank you ladies enough !
