Google Needs to be able to not even give one star because its not deserved. This review is for one employee *only*. Estimator at the front desk Renato wow you are ignorant. I came in with an insurance claim and you had the audacity to tell me the damage on my car couldn't have been caused from what i claimed....... even after i SHOWED you the video of the accident. You shrugged me off like yah whatever lady. Even the lady at the front desk looked annoyed of him. i refused to have my repairs done there and deal with him.
stopped by for an estimate and encountered a man and woman at the front desk, possibly a couple, who were bickering in another language when I walked in. The man was hunched over her at the desk during this exchange. The situation felt very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. The shop gave me back my car with front bumper and wheel cover not fully attached and denied wrongdoing after I returned to the shop the next day. I acknowledge that they did manage to resolve the issue after. However, what would cost them to admit that they made a mistake?
