I would go lower than 1 star if I could. Our State Farm rep suggested my daughter go to Car Star for a hit and run dent in her new car. We wanted to get an estimate to determine if we should use insurance for the incident. My daughter (and her boyfriend ) went there and the guy she saw wouldn't even give her an estimate because she didn't have a claim number. Both said that he was very condescending to them.
