I took my 2015 Chevy truck to gerber collision via geico for some sheet metal damage on the LR quarter panel. Mind you this was approximately a 1 mph sideswipe no impact. After a couple weeks I was informed by geico that I had frame damage and truck was a total loss and that gerber said the frame is too rusty to straighten. Go to any other shop but here the lady in the front chews gum and talks to you like an unexperience adult I felt sorry for some older ladies that were there getting their car fixed they had no idea what the guy was trying to explain to them but he was trying to give them technical consultation and he knew it would confuse them so he can upsell the price these people will take you more than the dealer will I would try to find another repair shop if you're paying out of pocket. I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. From the first time I went in there, I felt that they have a very professional team. Amy was always ready to answer any questions that I had. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was very good. One thing that impressed me is that after I picked up the vehicle, I went a few miles and the charging system light came on.
