We took my dog here to be neutered and it was great. The staff were friendly and handled my nervous dog really well. Thank you!
My dog got some kind of unwanted accident in Banff and she was limping. I showed many clinics around her X ray and all said she needed a patella luxation surgery and didn't tell me how much. After 2 weeks of rest, my pup walked perfectly and I wondered if she still needed a surgery. Then many people recommended this clinic for her and finally I met Dr.Tom. He checked my doggy very seriously with lots of compassion or love and he diagnosed that my doggy didn't need a surgery and said she was in grade 1 now. ( luxation grade) ... read more
Always had good experiences since moving to carstairs. Have to say they went above and beyond this week when our new puppy stepped on a wasp. My fiance doesn't drive so they came and picked her up and got her taken care of.
Great service and great with my two dogs. Always take time to answer questions and do a thorough check up.
