I brought my dog to this clinic and clearly informed staff in advance that he has a history of aggression. Despite this, we were placed in a very small exam room—approximately 8 by 10 feet—with no regard for space or safety protocols. The veterinarian entered and immediately knelt down, going straight toward my dog’s face. While he was wearing a muzzle, this approach showed a clear lack of reactivity training and disregard for standard safety practices when handling aggressive animals. Dr Tom and the entire team here really care about doing the best thing for your pet. We love in Calgary and brought our Westie here for a TPLO surgery. Everything went perfectly and she is now a recovered, happy pup. The entire process from x-ray, diagnosis, surgery and post-op was thorough, attentive and pleasant.
