Every time I go in they are all super kind and accommodating to my comfort. Very professional and always good communication!
The front desk staff were all very happy to explain my benefits coverage. Jenna The Hygienist was especially gentle understanding and accommodating. Crystal explained everything that was going on very well and Dr Herman was very pleasant also. Not forgetting Chelsea who knows her stuff. Nothing was too much for this team. They were happy to please. Thanks to ALL.
Best dentists in all of Carstairs Alberta! Understanding, especially mindful and wonderful with dealing with dental anxiety. They have excellent outside referring specialists. Their entire dental community, in the clinic and outside are great! Starting with the secretaries, whom are organized and efficient while being compassionate. The dental hygienists do tender and fabulous cleanings. The main dentists are professional, honest and highly trained, experienced dentists!!!! An all around outstanding experience.
