If I could give 0 stars - I would. Customer service was appalling. After providing feedback of how my car was cleaned, I was met with an argumentative response. Professionalism must have gone missing into the abyss. Also, how common is it to have your car “cleaned” but end up smelling 10x worse than it originally did? Please ensure basic personal hygiene is met prior to cleaning people’s vehicles. The stench is now stuck in my interior. Thanks
