We were really excited to eat at Carson's Store, especially given its rave reviews and 4.6-star rating online. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the hype. When we arrived, no one greeted us, which was surprising considering there were three staff members standing behind the counter. Carson's is a special gem of Noank. It's very small, limited seating so plan ahead if you have more than 2-4 people. Our favorite was to go on a good weather day and eat outside.
So glad Carson’s is back open! It’s like stepping back in time! Amazing breakfast and lunch!
