Buyer beware.I ended up having to repair my homes A/C system for over $1,700 because of the damage caused by Carsons Power Vac.I hired Carsons Power Vac in late June 2021 to blow the dust out of my homes air conditioning ducts. The job took a little over two hours. I learned after the fact that duct cleaning should take roughly half a day and involve hand vacuuming each ceiling duct. They were scheduled to come between 8:15 and 8:45 in the morning, and we were told that they would call first. Showed up at 8:15 and when I asked if they had called, I was told "Nah, it's the first job of the morning, usually don't call." A little inconvenient, but fine. Asked him for 10 minutes to finish getting ready then. I noticed they weren't wearing masks, so I also asked if they had any masks they could wear. They even took the time to answer all of my questions, as to how their system works and provided me with some additional recommendations for continued maintenance. Excellent service & results. We used them after a TERRIBLE job by another company. Everything about their techniques and professionalism was exceptional. They even caulked all of the vents!
