Used a prewash that didn’t take all the dirt off, scrubbed the wheels with a long brush and then proceeded to snowfoam over the dirt and rub the dirt in more with dirty wash mits that they have sitting on top of a post and don’t even rinse between washes. Paint correction pending
Removed paint with the power washer! They stand way too close to the car! Avoid!!
