Very dishonest. They will gaslight, insult you and lie to your face. I left my car there quiet (suspension issues), and it came back noisy. I told my mechanic friend about it and he found the problem right away. Terry the mechanic at Carson's turned into a yes man when my mechanic friend came with me to the shop. The previous day Terry called me a brick wall and insulted me to other patrons because I pulled him out on his lying.
