This place should legally be condemned. It will eventually. The manager is a complete creep. He has cmaeras watching inside the apartments and tormentts his tenants. There is no privacy in the shower or going to the bathroom, taking a bath or getting dressed. He is in the ceiling all the time unnanounced. He goes in your house when your gone. He dosnt do repairs. His wife dosnt speek english. He lets his dogs attack you coming out of your own apartment.
