Very thorough! I've been going here since 2018 and always been happy with everything.
I went for an 8 o'clock blood draw, I got there a little early, they got me right in, and I was done by 8:10 The staff is friendly, efficient, and Explains each step of the process I literally didn't even feel the stick
Over the last three years, the Renown TRE Clinic has provided me with worthless or no service. The PA and nurses can't or won't change a dressing, draw blood for lab, and the office staff are rude and officious. It's a clinic, and they act like they're a major hospital, without providing anything of value.
Just transferred to the Topaz Ranch Medical Clinic now that I realize they have a location much closer to where I live than Gardnerville/Minden. What a nice facility (see the view from the office)! The staff were super friendly. PA-Hayes Wilson was awesome, professional, and super friendly. Answered my questions, looked at my medical history prior to meeting him, so he was familiar with me.
