Have tried many times to call but no one ever answers the phone. You can only leave a message. So I did. A woman called me back 2 days later.. and made me an appointment at the Minden office. Then....I get a robocall from them 2 days before my appointment confirming I'm scheduled for carson city. So I have tried for 2 days to contact them to see which office is correct.....no answer....no return calls. Sorry, but I cannot pay for a doctor I can't ever reach.
