All staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Ryan Powers was sincere, personable and professional. Very open to questions and offered great detailed explanations. Would recommend him for sure. The waiting room is in need of new chairs is my only negative observation.

Unfortunately, docs and PAs don't want to take the time to actually help anymore. Shuffle around between them with poor excuses why you can't see the doc you request, and then the PA doesn't even give the proper referral after you've paid for the visit and told you need to go elsewhere for the issue you were referred for. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be heard and helped.

Doctor saw me in the hospital for a kidney stone blocking a ureter. Three days in a private room, one trip to OR, stone not found with scope, Stent installed. When scheduling the follow-up appointment to remove the Stent, (which is intended for short term use only), I was told I couldn't be seen unless I had the full deductible, not negotiable. Docs have been okay. Some staff is incredibly rude and immature though, especially when they make a mistake and then try to correct the patient for it. Argumentative, not solution oriented; like dealing with rude teenagers.
