Clerk is rude, demeaning, and impedes progress on every appointment. Blocks communication for days over responses to doctor requests on myChart asking to do tests before appointment and I asked for list to take to Renown Lab. Still hasn't relayed to Dr. Went for a shot once 30 minutes early and she purposely didn't tell them I was there for 11/2 hours. We go to doctors for medical advice, not stress, upset, harassment, and delays from clerical help.

Horrible experience with Carson Tahoe, my Dr sent a urgent referral over to Dr.Manokuian office over 4 weeks ago, I’ve called 5 times, first 2 calls they haven’t received the fax, 3rd call they have received it and will call to schedule an appointment, no call, 4th time they had received both faxes that did say urgent, Dr will review and call. No call, keep in mind this is urgent because I have a surgery scheduled and need a second opinion. Fifth call, Dr is reviewing and will call in a couple days, review what? How about sp... read more

Dr Rodríguez is the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of knowing. He is rude, cold hearted, and is so lazy to put orders in for his patients so he refers them out for someone else to deal with and sends them to places he knows won’t be able to help. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a doctor!

Having been seriously chronically ill for 14 years. And then dealing with doctors due to my elderly chronically ill sister and parents (even hospice) I'd rather shred the skin off my face than deal with any "medical professionals" anymore. I'm beyond cynical and jaded at this point. But I was in desperate need of help to get my MTM rides so I had no choice to seek the help of a new-to-me doctor that took Medicaid and could get me in the fastest. I have great care providers through this office but the front desk staff is absolutely abysmal. They can never pull up my MyChart for check in or check out. I typically get shuffled around between the three front desk clerks until I end up back where I started because for some reason, they don't know my doctor? If I ever need to schedule follow up appointments they "can't help me" so I do it through the MyChart app. Any referrals are going to take at least 3 tries to be sent properly.
