I am so very happy with the work they did for me. I have a custom ring that was given to me and it needed to be sized. I wear this ring every day, and it had seen a little wear. She originally told me to give her two weeks. 5 days later she called that my ring was ready. Not only had she sized it perfectly, she polished it to new! The photo on the red pillow is the day I dropped it off, the other is afterwards. I am so happy with it!

Just a heads-up if you're thinking about bringing valuable or sentimental jewelry to this shop. I brought in a diamond necklace for a simple chain repair. It ended up getting lost, and I wasn’t told right away. I made several trips expecting to pick it up, only to find out, right before leaving for vacation, that it had gone missing.
