The scheduling department is unorganized and has poor communication. I waited 30 mins past my appointment time only to be told the wrong type of mammogram was scheduled and they didn’t have the time to do the correct one.
Radiologists are great, but the billing department needs guidance or a Leader. There is something wrong with a facility that cannot, and will not bill insurance correctly. If you have a radiological procedure, this facility will not bill it accordingly. THEY WILL ONLY BILL OUTPATIENT RESULTING IN THE PATIENT PAYING MORE THAN THE INSURANCE WILL COVER IF BILLED CORRECTLY. How unfriendly can you get towards your patients in their hour of need? Had an appt today for imaging dept. Easy check in, not a long wait, called my name, gave me imaging paperwork to fill out in another room, great tech for the mammogram, great tech for the ultrasound. Very pleased. Thank you. Painless.
