Was sent to get xray of very painful hip but they said they couldn't understand order from doctor and couldn't reach them so I went home. Thanks for nothing.
I’ve had two procedures in January and February. First, they were to call me to schedule a procedure and when I called I was told that they did not have the request from my doctor I checked with my doctor and was told that it had been faxed to them Then when I did have my procedures done I asked that the reports be sent to my specialist. I am here at my specialist’s office and no report has been sent. I will not use this facility again. However all the techs are very kind.
They wanted to charge me $333 for a 10 minute consultation. I was quoted a much lower price by a representative before my visit. UPDATE 10-3-18. Fee reduced to $100. When calling any doctor office to schedule an appt please get a price quote in advance, the persons name who gave it, date and time. Especially if you are paying CASH.
