Very helpful & knowledgable young man working the parts counter! He walked me through several scenarios on how I could resolve a plumbing problem and showed me several parts that might work, and never once did he get upset about having to open & close a few boxes to show me some options! I really appreciate the extra effort he put in to make sure that I solved the problem in the best possible way ... Thanks!
