Unfortunately never got to give this company a chance as reckless and careless driving from a fleet vehicle ending in plate 9381 turned me off. If a driver can run a red light, swerve into the oncoming lane and then give the middle finger then it shows that they hire people with little to no road knowledge so why would they have job knowledge. When I called to report to the company the person answering the phone seemed nonchalant and didn’t want the info on the vehicle.
Went on a recommendation from a friend, and was not disappointed at all. Received professional service. They went above and beyond what I expected the service to include. Both employees were very respectful and courteous. Appreciated the the communication that I received before my appointment and during from the employees. They also included my bathroom fan which was a bonus and unexpected and was not requested, however was appreciated. Price-wise this was very comparable for this type of service in 2025. Would recommend.
I would recommend this company to anyone. The gentlemen who did the duct cleaning at my condo were so polite and friendly. They proceeded to do a thorough cleaning, all the while being respectful of my home and then cleaned up afterward, leaving the place exactly as it was. The price was also reasonable. Highly recommend!
Owner/Operator came to our place in Sherwood Park (late). Forgot to cover his truck exhaust and flooded our house with it. Made a total mess downstairs and didn't clean up. Sawdust everywhere. To top it off, completely broke our dryer when he did the vent. It started making an awful noise after he left and he refuses to come back to look or accept any responsibility. Hung up on me and my wife when we tried to have a reasonable conversation. Do not use these guys, there other companies that are way more professional.
Carson Pow-R-Vac did an exemplary job of cleaning out my dryer vent. They actually found a bird's nest as the cause of the blockage, in addition to the usual dryer lint. I'm looking forward to seeing if my dryer time is shorter when I do laundry on the weekend. I can't give them 5 stars because of the mess they left behind. The operator sprayed lint and bird feathers all over my sidewalk, parging, recyclable can and hose and tossed the birds nest in with my blue bag recyclables.
