Got scammed by Robert. Gave me another plumbers number because he himself was busy and said this is his go-to guy. The recommended plumber stole almost 800 from me and didn't do the job. He cashed a check given to him before any work was done, I know dumb on my part, but I trusted Robert's word and recommendation. I fully blame Robert as he stopped answering my calls and didn't even offer an apology after referring me to "his guy." I'd like to say more, but dont wanna get censored. Left deposit for transmission repair then he went to jail and I’m out $1200.
Originally we found Robert to be prompt, responsive & competent when paying a sizable amount of money for a variety of work. We realized later that one of the toilets he had worked on was leaking. Ironically it was perfectly functional beforehand & we only needed a fuse holder reinstalled which we could have done as we had in the past but since he had been good about showing up previously & we’re limited on time, we decided to ask him to do that as well as have the valves & seal replaced as a maintenance task since we alread... read more
