I had water on my basement floor and water was not getting hot…I just bought a house that was flipped. They came out. First day assessed situation and told me would return the next day to fix water issue in basement. They put a $30 pipe from water heater to drain and turned my hot water heater up. I am very thankful that is was nothing more serious. My bill in the beginning was over $400. I called and was told that was a mistake she misread the writing in statement.
