First let me start with the positive of this business; Howard, he's amazing and fixed our 2012 Lance 2285 when we needed a new antenna. Now, for the negative, Armando. I'm not sure if he's an owner, or just part of the sales team, but I recommend you deal with someone else or take your business to another RV dealer. My husband and I were looking to trade in our Lance for something bigger and found a 5th wheel on their lot. Great selection of Used RV’s. Most look like new. We had our old RV repaired here and Howard did a fantastic job. Mondo showed us a 2014 5th wheel that was like new. We traded in our 2001 and Mondo and Tom worked out a deal that was fair to us and the dealer. Mondo and Tom are very knowledgeable about all RV’s and have years of experience in this field.
