I do not recommend this place. All the staff, especially the front desk and the main optometrist, were very rude and unprofessional. I was their customer for a year because I had a very good experience with one of the optometrist who did my eye exam one saturday morning. I never saw her again. The main optometrist and the front desk workers were always talking to me in a very demeaning tone both in person and on the phone. Incorrect phone number.
I didn’t experience any long wait and I had an appointment for my son, which went very well. The staff is really professional.
Brought someone here and had to wait for over 2 hours when the receptionist says we will only have to wait for 20minutes or less. Horrible experience. Glad I didn't have anything to do today, oh wait I did. 😣😣😣
