Dr. Oostra was one of the friendliest and kindest doctors I have seen in quite some time. I had to see him to get my DOT Paperwork approval because of a situation I had a few years ago concerning my heart health. He exudes an impeccable professionalism and warmth about him and takes time to really listen to you about your concerns. I never felt rushed, nor pressed, in my meeting with him. .Dr. Oostra was pleasant and listened to me, but after waiting fifteen weeks to see a cardiologist following a frightening medical experience that left me feeling unwell for three months, I was looking for answers and guidance. Most of the appointment time was spent with me clarifying all that had happened around three hospitalizations. I didn’t leave feeling confident that I am finally receiving the medical care that I had to wait so long for.
