Great service advisor. Went in for copies of my keys. Service Adviser called me a shuttle to the local gym while I waited. Service Adviser advised me of Safety Recall and had it completed. He also gave me a discount which helped a lot! My issue is that I brought in my OEM Nissan part to be installed on my vehicle. I was told it could not be installed because they did not have the schematics. Odd that a Nissan dealership is unable to install OEM Nissan Accessories. I definitely recommend the Nissan carson for one stop from sales to service I recently had my service done like always happy specially with my service advisor Albert Guardado he is excellent does above and beyond for your service & very knowledgeable with a great attitude .
My repairs included oil change, tire rotation, transmission service, drive belt, cabin filter, and right side motor mount. They had my car for the whole day and when I got there, my car was making a humming sound that wasn’t there before and Albert Guardado told me that he didn’t hear anything but as we drove around the parking lot, I told him that I can clearly hear it that they need to keep my car to fix whatever the mechanic messed up.
