Great cudtomer service by the parts department. This is a very busy dealership. On this visit, I found out that they removed the cashiers from the parts department. Now, the parts employees help you get your parts and now collect your payment. The "Bean counters" strike again. Everyone is trying to maximize profits nowadays! Hopefully, this is only a temporary thing.
At Carson Nissan, I had a great experience with their customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and guided as I was looking for a part. Mr. Juan Carlos was very kind and knowledgeable; he was able to answer my question and assist me with the part I needed for my vehicle. Thank you!
I'm glad they had the part I've been looking all over for, but the only reason i gave 4 stars was because I waited for about 20 minutes to get help for a part I called in for and they had at the table for pick up
