My experience was great..my honda agent who helped me 1st thing in the morning was excellent...made 7a.m. appt...was out in time for my 9a.m. appt...love my carson honda...I took my hrv to carson for all her check ups..now I will b taking my crv there....
I usually don’t leave reviews but after coming home and doing some research I believe the service department wasn’t honest about my maintenance needs. I have a 2018 honda civic and only 30k miles and they suggested a Platinum Fuel Service. Had I known that this was seemingly unnecessary I never would’ve approved. I went to Carson Honda today for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. The service associate, Arnol Munoz, was very helpful and kept me informed about my car’s current maintenance needs as well as upcoming services to consider. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Carson Honda.
