Good experience, Erwin was patient and paid attention to detail. He seemed genuine in his concern to take care of the issues/service with my vehicle.
They charge 3% surcharge for using you credit card. They say they check air and washer fluid. They did not and just did a lot of claims of service completed and I can't be confident in their job being completed.

Erwin has been my go-to service person since 2010. He's also why I keep Honda as my vehicle, no matter what model. He’s been invaluable and provides “above and beyond” customer service. He does great work and is always fair in pricing. He is very thorough, transparent, and honest.
