Received candy MELTED because it was not packaged with an icepack or insulation being 80 degree weather. Let me tell you, I better get my money for the product and the shipping back.
They are extremely RUDE, I bought some candy bars, I thought the candy bars were personalized but only the box they came in were personalized, unfortunately it was "my mistake" for not reading the full description. When I called and asked for an explanation this woman wouldn't even let me speak with such an unpleasant attitude, telling me that it was on the website in "bold letters" that the bars were not individually personalized, but she wouldn't let me speak until I had to ask her to let me explain what I was seeing. Overall I think the product is very overpriced. I ordered a rather small order for a special occasion and it never even shipped to me. Then customer service blamed me for it being delayed saying a character that I used in my custom message delayed the order! There were no rules on character selection for messages but I guess blaming the customer is seemingly an appropriate business model. Stay clear. Downhill fast - not sure what happened to this company but they are no longer worthy of business. They have one customer service representative and she has an awful demeanor. They messed up my order and refused to fix it. Will be taking my business elsewhere and all of those I referred here will also be taking their business elsewhere. USE SOMEBODY ELSE/0 STARS. Not sure what happened to this company but they have gone down hill very fast and I will not be using them anymore after this latest incident and after spending $1000 with them, in the past and from the looks of the reviews, I am not alone in feeling this way.
