I used TGEM for a home inspection and found the team professional and responsive in their communication, and the report itself was detailed. Certain visible items were noted during the inspection, and the limitations of what can and cannot be inspected were clearly stated. However, after taking possession of the home, a significant plumbing-related issue became apparent in the primary bathroom.
