I used TGEM for a home inspection and found the team professional and responsive in their communication, and the report itself was detailed. Certain visible items were noted during the inspection, and the limitations of what can and cannot be inspected were clearly stated. From the Admin department and the training department are excellent! The course material itself was extensive and excellent! The wealth of knowledge is beyond belief! The name and reputation of Carson & Dunlop and beyond reproach! I would encourage anyone interested in Home Inspection not only to get their certification through them but also use Carson & Dunlop Home Inspectors!
