We love our Carson Creek home. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Meritage is a great builder too. We built our second home with them. Not only was the Construction Manager very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and timely she also took her time to explain the warranty process as well. Prior to us moving in, we had a home inspection preformed. They found very minor issues. All of which the builder fixed before we moved in. We've been here for four years and never had any complaints about our home.
Very poorly built homes. I loved the floor plans but the quality is just not there.
