We purchased our travel trailer from Carson City RV in February and waited to write this review until it was delivered so I could write a complete review. We had a great experience when we were looking at different rigs. Jeff listened to us and what we were looking for. He was straight forward with us when what we wanted wasn't available or hard to find, showed us options we didn't know were available and - ultimately - helped us find the right one for us! Was met by Mike who showed me the trailers I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Took a day to think about it when I decided to buy Mike came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. I read the other review that only gave one star because they could not get their trailer serviced. This location is only a sales lot their service department is in Carson City. Someone needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Great job Mike.
