If I could give Carson City RV zero stars, I would. Our experience was incredibly disappointing. We agreed to one service contract, but when my husband went back in to sign the final paperwork, additional products and contracts were included without being clearly explained. We signed documents believing they reflected what we had already agreed to, only to later discover we had purchased items we didn’t knowingly authorize. Buy a brand new travel trailer and you would expect it to be good no major problems. After having it 1 week, I had the slide out and it was raining. Walk in side and water leaking from the top of the slide. Water was everywhere. This trailer was on their lot for over a year, sitting there with the slide out. In the front of the lot. Through snow and rain leaking that caused major damage to the walls, floor and slide. I took it back to them and they did fix the leak but didn’t replace the floor. Like they said they would. This is a review for Carson City RV. I was looking for a P-trap that was flat and rare for my RV shower. They were the first place I stopped at (on the second day) and the last. Over the course of multiple days, I looked for 2 parts that I needed to fix my shower. I have to say that everywhere I went, I mean everywhere, people were very polite and helpful. Sales and service are 2nd to none in a 200mile radius, this wasnt my first time buying a trailer, but it had been 10 years since I bought the last one, and I'm telling you that you have to get with Jeff Davidson, guy is super knowledgeable, me and the wife had a million questions and he was able to answer every single one. There was 0 pressure and he was extremely understanding.
