This is a review for Carson City RV. I was looking for a P-trap that was flat and rare for my RV shower. They were the first place I stopped at (on the second day) and the last. Over the course of multiple days, I looked for 2 parts that I needed to fix my shower. I have to say that everywhere I went, I mean everywhere, people were very polite and helpful. Sales and service are 2nd to none in a 200mile radius, this wasnt my first time buying a trailer, but it had been 10 years since I bought the last one, and I'm telling you that you have to get with Jeff Davidson, guy is super knowledgeable, me and the wife had a million questions and he was able to answer every single one. There was 0 pressure and he was extremely understanding. Charged for work not done. They call me to pick rv up and it doesn't start. Have to get it towed to Reno, they called for several days for me to get it off their lot. Owner wouldn't speak to me because I gave them a bad review. Childish and very unprofessional people
we are looking for a camper van and drove onto the lot. There were no signs that said you couldn’t drive on the lot. However, one of the salesman decided to chase us around the lot. Most customer service oriented people would introduce themselves this gentleman elected to give us a list of rules before introducing himself or even attempting to be kind to others.
