I know, I know, it’s an endoscopy, but all of the staff from the receptionists to the anesthesiologist to the nurses and all the other support personnel were just the greatest! Considering no one likes having this routine procedure done, everyone really made the experience as easy as it could possibly be. Very professional, kind, and personable. Highest marks to everyone!
