Dr. Massey, Rns Anesthesiologist, I am sorry for not remembering everyone's name. Really great treatment for a very scary, embarrassing, and not so comfortable procedure to go through just from the prep perspective 😫 the procedure it self your out 😴....lol all I have to say is that everyone makes you feel so comfortable, everyone is compassionate and always reassuring you that everything will be OK. Horrible and unprofessional service! Unreliable scheduling staff, and unreliable billing department. This impacts the providers having all required medical imaging for patients appointments, and for the patient to be informed of what’s needed prior to the appointment and not the day of the appointment after staff confirms appointments and insurance. Patients take time off work for these appointments only to show up and have these issues and not be seen. These have prolonged my medical care and getting answers! And not even t... read more
The staff were absolutely very kind and professional. Dr. Collins was thorough with his explanations before and after. Anesthesia, CRNA Erin is wonderful. Thank you to all the RNs and techs. GI is not a glorious area to work in. Thank you to everyone for making me feel comfortable.
