From check-in to recovery, the entire team was quick, efficient, and incredibly kind. Every single person—front desk, nurses, the anesthesia provider ❤️, and of course the doctor (who kindly endured my one unavoidable “booty” joke 😅)—made this such an easy experience. Truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and good humor. Thank you all for making something stressful feel so manageable!
I was so overwhelmed with my 1st ever colonoscopy and let me tell you that the nurses and Dr. Collins was so kind and very helpful all of them were to make sure that I wasn't to freaked out about the procedure before and after Dr. Collins came in to see me and tt me and was just wonderful !! everyone was !! the nurses rock big-time thank you Carson Gastro!!
Though won't say the procedure itself is "fun" I was very glad for Dr Massey, and staff: Holland, Carie .. cant remember all the names. Dr Massey thoroughly explained the process, and listened to concerns. Everyone was kind and professional, and did their absolute to ensure I was comfortable and 'safe' before during and after the procedure.
