Dr. Collins and the entire team at Carson City Gastroenterology/Carson Endoscopy were all so very kind and informative. I was treated with the utmost professionalism. My comfort and my dignity were forefront in their treatment of me. Dr. Collins performed my treatment without the least bit of discomfort or pain. Surely, the necessary days of preparation prior to the office visit were the worst of my ordeal. And I must admit, even that prep time was not all that horrible.
Personally I am a person that believes in 1st impressions, especially when it comes to doctors offices. I was referred to this business by my primary doctor. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the treatment and attention I was given while my visit. 1st off when I arrived, there was a older lady as well as a older gentleman at the reception, which I believe when I called to make an appointment was the lady that told me that I would have to be placed on a waiting list to get an appointment & that it could take up to 6... read more
Excellent in every way. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and engaging. They managed to distract me so I focused on the people and not the medical event. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the professionals who work there.
Due to some chronic issues, doctors in several states have had multiple chances to look at my innards with a camera from both ends. It can be nerve wracking! I'm so impressed with CCG. They have what appears to be a very professional and warm culture. Every employee is pleasant, gives clear instructions, and treats the patients with dignity and respect.
