I’ve been going for 1 1/2 years . I work out with a group of older people and the coaches scale down the exercises to our level of fitness. I would highly recommend it. Plus they have created a culture of friendliness and camaraderie. it is a great way to spend one hour of your morning with a group of like-minded people that are all friendly. And you end up stronger too.
CrossFit inspires me especially the owner coach Lief. He’s the most wonderful person I ever know.
3 months in for me and husband attending this gym and so far we have enjoyed every coach who teaches a class. This gym has their own app which is nice for record keeping. The people who go are great as well. If you are looking to invest in yourself, I highly recommend this gym. Thanks Lief for all the support. 🫡
