Amazing box that's super supportive for all ages. Jake is a great coach who is very knowledgeable and explains everything about the workout.
Was in Carson City visiting family and had a great time dropping in! Very easy to sign up for classes, gym has tons of space and great equipment, and everyone was very welcoming. Highly recommend!
