A great group of people. Motivated coaches, able to scale down the exercises for me. I would join this group if you’re thinking about it.

My husband, friend, and I dropped in for the 9am Thursday class and had such a great experience at Carson City CrossFit! From the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Coach Jake led the class and did an amazing job—he was positive, attentive, and gave really clear and detailed coaching throughout the workout.
