great program, coaching, and community!
Carson City put on a Crossrox event (mix between CrossFit and HYROX) and it was amazing! Such a fun casual event that brought everybody together. I would love to see more gyms do this as it is great for the fitness community. Nice job!!!
BEST GYM IN THE WORLD! Carson City CrossFit positively changed my life in ways I couldn't even have imagined. This is gym is THE BEST! The atmosphere, community, and the coaches are all amazing and each have something different and great to offer!
