BEST GYM IN THE WORLD! Carson City CrossFit positively changed my life in ways I couldn't even have imagined. This is gym is THE BEST! The atmosphere, community, and the coaches are all amazing and each have something different and great to offer!
I’ve been going for 1 1/2 years . I work out with a group of older people and the coaches scale down the exercises to our level of fitness. I would highly recommend it. Plus they have created a culture of friendliness and camaraderie. it is a great way to spend one hour of your morning with a group of like-minded people that are all friendly. And you end up stronger too.
CrossFit inspires me especially the owner coach Lief. He’s the most wonderful person I ever know.
