Do not recommend this company. No call no show. My boyfriend was supposed to have his place cleaned, he had called to book an appointment for Wednesday at 8am. The company did not show up. No services were rendered. No payment was made. They didn’t even bother to reach out to contact him. The company needs to step up their customer service and either provide a discount for not showing up and provide the service or another service will get the business elsewhere. Wonderful cleaning service!! Very detailed and super happy with the job she did in deep cleaning my home. Now I will have her come back twice a month!! She is a Godsend!! 5 stars!!
I’ve hired other cleaners before that always left the floors still feeling icky and had dust left over after they left, which was frustrating. Then I came across Carson City Cleaners and it was SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE. They left my place spotless and organized, not a single thing was out of place. Requesting their service was a breeze, very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend!!
